İkizdere Hakkı Ekşi Health Center was built with a modern design. There is 6 unit polyclinic , emergency service , delivery room , X Ray room ,Laboratory ,Sterilize room ,sickrooms ,Head physician room and nurse rooms .

It was opened with a ceremony honoring by Turkey's Prime Minister Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN.
